Sarah Gray's Raspberry & Prosecco Jam

Our Raspberry and Prosecco is a lovely addition to the breakfast table, we use juicy rasps and then add in a whole bottle of Prosecco just before we jar our jam, this is the best bit! between the pop of the corks and the smell when we pour the bubbles in!!!!!
