Sarah Gray's Raspberry & Prosecco Jam

Our Raspberry and Prosecco is a lovely addition to the breakfast table, we use locally sourced rasps and then add in three bottles of Prosecco in just before we jar our jam, this is the best bit! between the pop of the corks and the smell when we pour the bubbles in!!!!!
